Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our instructors who commit their time to our courses. The refund amount depends on how far in advance you cancel:
All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to [email protected]. The cancellation date will be the date the request is received by us.
If you're unable to attend a course you've booked, you may request a transfer to another course date, subject to the following conditions:
Transfers are subject to availability on alternative course dates. If the alternative course has a higher fee, you will be required to pay the difference. If the alternative course has a lower fee, the difference will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer you the following options:
In the event of a course cancellation, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible. However, we are not responsible for any travel or accommodation expenses you may have incurred.

For course fees paid by credit card, refunds will be processed back to the original payment card. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable but are fully transferable to another person. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
If you fail to attend a course without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund or transfer. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unexpected circumstances that might prevent your attendance.
In cases of illness, injury, or bereavement that prevent you from attending a course, please contact us as soon as possible. With appropriate documentation, we may offer a more flexible approach to our standard cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis.
