2. Course Registration and Payment

When you register for our photography courses, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Payment terms are as follows:

1. Full payment is required to secure your place in a course.
2. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
3. We accept payment via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other payment methods specified at checkout.
4. Course fees do not include travel, accommodation, meals (unless specifically stated), or personal photography equipment.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the course start date will receive a full refund minus a $50 administration fee.
• Cancellations made 14-29 days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the course start date are non-refundable.
• Transfers to alternative course dates may be available subject to availability and at our discretion.
• Drapescurtainer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses. In such cases, participants will be offered either a full refund or transfer to another course.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, and software, is the property of Drapescurtainer and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

When participating in our courses:

• You retain copyright of photographs you take during the courses.
• You grant Drapescurtainer permission to use photographs you take during courses for promotional purposes, with appropriate credit given.
• Course materials, including handouts, presentations, and tutorials, remain the intellectual property of Drapescurtainer and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

5. User Conduct

When using our website and services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe upon the rights of others.
• Transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Interfere with or disrupt the website or servers or networks connected to the website.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, other accounts, or computer systems through hacking or any other means.

6. Limitation of Liability

Drapescurtainer, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

Photography involves inherent risks. While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure your safety during courses, you participate at your own risk. You are responsible for your own equipment and personal safety during all courses.
